🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations and management.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using healthcare management software such as Epic, Cerner, or similar.
