In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and specifications for M&E systems, coordinating with architects and contractors, and overseeing the production process to ensure quality and efficiency. With a strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of our projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for M&E systems using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Supervise production teams to ensure high-quality work and adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct site inspections and reviews to ensure compliance with technical standards and regulations.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to maintain high standards of work.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E drafting and project supervision.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drafting software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Certification in M&E drafting or project management is a plus.
