As a Pengawas Program KB, you will be responsible for conducting regular assessments and evaluations of family planning programs, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to enhance program effectiveness. You will also provide technical assistance and training to health workers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality family planning services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation of family planning programs, including the distribution of condoms, IUDs, implants, and other contraceptive methods.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of family planning programs to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze data to identify trends and develop strategies to enhance program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with local health facilities, community leaders, and government agencies to ensure the accessibility and quality of family planning services.
• Provide technical assistance and training to health workers to ensure they can deliver high-quality family planning services.
• Develop and implement strategies to address challenges and barriers to family planning service delivery.
• Monitor and report on program performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and guidelines for family planning programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in family planning or public health.
• Knowledge of family planning programs and methods, including condoms, IUDs, implants, and other contraceptive methods.
• Experience in data analysis and program evaluation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel and work in remote areas.
• Familiarity with local health systems and regulations in Bangka Belitung.
