📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of IT project managers and application developers, ensuring they are aligned with our strategic objectives.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, utilizing methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Leverage tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project to streamline project management processes.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improve our IT capabilities.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the IT team.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project management and application development.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex IT projects.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL are a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a must.
