📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests with a focus on speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate records and compliance with financial policies.
• Prepare and serve drinks at our bars, adhering to mixology standards and guest preferences.
• Greet and assist guests at our venues, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Uphold our company’s standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Adapt to peak and off-peak periods, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, with a strong background in serving, cash handling, or bar work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and assist a diverse range of guests.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or similar software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of weight, as required.
