As an Account Manager, you will be the face of GSR Technology Limited in SEA markets, working closely with clients to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored solutions. You will oversee the entire client lifecycle, from initial contact to ongoing service delivery, ensuring seamless integration and continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead client acquisition and relationship management, focusing on SEA markets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of offshore HR services, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
• Conduct regular client meetings and provide progress updates and reports.
• Identify and address client needs and concerns, providing proactive solutions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in offshore HR services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful client acquisition and retention.
• Strong understanding of offshore HR services and related technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills in SEA markets an advantage.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
