📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.
  • Ensure that all documentation is accurate, clear, and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to gather information and ensure that documentation is comprehensive and useful.
  • Review and edit documentation to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Provide technical support to customers and partners by answering questions and resolving issues related to our products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
  • Contribute to the development of new products and services by providing input and feedback.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and other communications that support our products and services.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
