📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing daily menus.

Lead and supervise the kitchen team to ensure efficient and high-quality food preparation.

Monitor food costs and inventory to maintain optimal levels.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Train and develop junior staff to enhance their culinary skills.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.

Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.

Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Familiarity with Accor's culinary guidelines and standards.

Valid food safety and hygiene certifications.
