📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and development.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Coordinate with department heads to address HR needs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.
