📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and purchasing processes.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer information.,Promote products and services to customers through effective communication and demonstration.,Stock and organize products on the sales floor to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Basic knowledge of automotive and industrial products is a plus.,Familiarity with sales software and point-of-sale systems is an asset.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
