Manage the financial operations of the clinic, including accounting, budgeting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Develop and implement financial strategies to improve the clinic's financial performance.,Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payment of bills and salaries.,Provide financial guidance and support to the clinic's management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in a healthcare or dental clinic setting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and budgeting.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
