Cafe Nanda Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our remote branch in Surabaya, Jawa Timur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with the head office to ensure consistency in brand standards and operations.,Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking to maintain optimal levels.,Organize and participate in team meetings, training sessions, and staff development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.,Understanding of Indonesian market dynamics and consumer behavior.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
