As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate measurement and valuation of construction projects. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Measure and record quantities of materials, labor, and equipment required for construction projects.,Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.,Monitor project costs and prepare regular cost reports for project managers and stakeholders.,Analyze cost data to identify areas of cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Prepare bills of quantities and other cost-related documentation for tender submissions and project approvals.,Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely cost information is available for decision-making.,Conduct site inspections to verify the accuracy of cost records and identify any discrepancies.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure accurate cost information is obtained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field.,Strong knowledge of construction cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with construction software and tools such as Primavera, AutoCAD, or other relevant software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
