📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of food hygiene.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance, including cost control and revenue generation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Lead and mentor the restaurant team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure the restaurant meets quality standards and customer expectations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage management, staff training, and budgeting.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
