📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities to ensure timely completion and minimal downtime.,Inspect and maintain equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.,Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.,Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with operational goals.,Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and practices.,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards relevant to the industry.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel for work as needed.
