📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, order processing, and transportation coordination.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs procedures.
