Incident Response Analyst

As an Incident Response Analyst in Bangka Belitung, you will be at the forefront of our cybersecurity efforts, ensuring our clients' systems are secure and resilient. You will work closely with our team to monitor, detect, and respond to cybersecurity threats, ensuring rapid incident resolution and minimizing downtime.

In this role, you will use industry-leading tools such as Splunk, Wireshark, and Snort to analyze and investigate security incidents. You will also collaborate with our incident response team to develop and implement security measures that prevent future incidents. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze security alerts and logs using Splunk and other security information and event management (SIEM) tools.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, including malware infections, data breaches, and other cyber threats.
• Conduct forensic analysis to identify the root cause of security incidents and determine the scope of the impact.
• Develop and implement security measures to prevent future incidents and improve the overall security posture.
• Collaborate with the incident response team to coordinate and execute incident response plans.
• Provide incident response reports and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices.
• Participate in security training and certification programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in incident response, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Certifications such as Certified Incident Handler (CIH), GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of security tools and technologies, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, and network monitoring tools.
• Experience with forensic analysis tools such as EnCase, FTK, or Autopsy.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
