📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with the HR team to organize and facilitate employee training and development programs.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits and compensation packages.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR reports and documents.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR team members as needed.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment, fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as Oracle, SAP, or similar.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
