📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the academy, ensuring all programs are delivered with high quality standards.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and innovation.
Manage and mentor a team of educators and administrative staff.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Utilize tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, and Salesforce to streamline operations.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in education management, preferably in an academic or professional development setting.
Proven track record of successfully leading and growing educational initiatives.
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, and Salesforce.
Certification in educational leadership or a related field is a plus.
