📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently.,Schedule and dispatch vehicles for various tasks and deliveries, optimizing routes and minimizing costs.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption, identifying areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and mechanics to ensure timely and efficient service.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other team members as needed.,Handle any vehicle-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
