📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Promote Susu Life Indonesia products at events and trade shows, effectively engaging with potential customers.
• Set up and manage event booths, ensuring they are visually appealing and informative.
• Collect and process customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of promotional campaigns and sales activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions using our in-house CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging at all events.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and exceeding customer expectations.
• Enthusiasm for the retail and consumer products industry, with a passion for customer engagement.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 10 kg of merchandise.
• Willingness to travel to events and trade shows within Jabodetabek and Karawang.
