📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the maintenance and operations of the processing facility, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance schedules to prevent downtime and ensure safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement training programs for the engineering team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, with a focus on maintenance and operations.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, particularly in the food processing industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
