As an Employee Relations & Industrial Relations Specialist, you will be at the heart of our HR operations, managing employee relations, industrial relations, and conflict resolution. In this role, you will use tools like SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams to streamline HR processes. You will also need to stay updated with labor laws and regulations, and be prepared to handle a variety of HR-related tasks, from onboarding to offboarding.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee relations and industrial relations activities to maintain a positive work environment.
• Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring timely and fair resolutions.
• Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve workplace conditions.
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
• Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation programs and exit interviews.
• Collaborate with managers to address performance issues and provide training and development opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of HR strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee relations or industrial relations, preferably in the retail industry.
• Certification in labor laws and regulations is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
