Hokian Gilang Spareparts is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Learning Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. You will work closely with the Learning and Development Manager to ensure the success of our training initiatives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create and deliver training materials, including workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate solutions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet business objectives.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning and development initiatives into business strategies.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Manage and mentor junior staff in the Learning and Development team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using training management systems and e-learning platforms.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
