📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong customer base by identifying potential customers and building relationships.,Promote our products through various sales channels, including in-store sales, online platforms, and social media.,Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and techniques.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement and expansion.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and events.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales and customer interactions.,Attend trade shows and exhibitions to showcase our products and network with industry professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.,Excellent knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field work.
