📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Identify training needs and design relevant learning materials,Conduct workshops, seminars, and online training sessions,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure training goals are met,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide feedback and support to employees throughout their learning journey🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS),Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English🛠️ Keahlian
