As an Inventory Staff, you will play a crucial role in managing our inventory processes, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the smooth operation of our warehouse.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and update inventory levels using our inventory management system.,Conduct regular physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.,Process and manage purchase orders, including receiving, inspecting, and putting away merchandise.,Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely receipt and processing of goods.,Assist in maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness.,Generate and maintain inventory reports for management and internal use.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Willingness to work hybrid (on-site and remote).,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
