📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Support the Store Manager in implementing sales strategies and promotions.,Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking to maintain optimal stock.,Train and supervise store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Assist in handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in preparing and analyzing sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of store improvement plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
